Before placing your order, please read our assurance first.

1. We seriously take our responsibility to our customers. We will contact you shortly after the order is placed to confirm availability and advise you of shipping date.

2. We do not share customer information with anyone.

ORDERING

1. Simply send us an e-mail to sales@dnzbookworld.com or dnzbookworld@yahoo.com providing the particulars below :

Name, mailing address, title of book(s), quantity, home telephone, mobile phone, fax, e-mail address and payment details.

We will contact you to advice on the availability of the book(s) that you've ordered and the delivery cost. If you do not hear from us within 48 hours, please e-mail us again.

PAYMENT

Payment is to be made in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). For international orders except ASEAN countries (as listed below), charges are in US Dollar. We accept payment (book price + delivery cost and/or wrapping services) made through

1. Postal order, money order, bank draft, personal/company cheque	Payable to DNZ Bookworld. Your order will only be sent out after the payment is cleared. (Please provide your name on the reverse side of the cheque) For out-station cheque eg Penang, Kedah, Perlis and Johore, please add a bank commission of RM0.50).
2. Over-the-counter bank transaction / ATM / CDM	Bank : Maybank Bhd. Account name: DNZ Bookworld Account No: 562263007062. Send or fax the customer's deposit slip copy to DNZ Bookworld.

A. Delivery Pick-Up Point
1. We currently offer a pick-up point in Taman Tenaga Off Jalan Reko, Kajang (near Bandar Baru Bangi, Sect.5).

You can view the products first hand! By appointment only.

2. Our other pick-up points!

a) Kg Sg Tangkas, Taman Universiti in Bangi and surrounding areas

Time and Day: 4.00 to 4.30pm every Monday and Wednesday

Place: Sekolah SRI Al-Amin, Bangi.

b) Bandar Seri Putra and Bukit Mahkota areas

Bandar Seri Putra's town centre. By appointment only.

B. By Pos Malaysia within Malaysia

We deliver your order using Pos Malaysia

i) Parcel service. No tracking available. Please allow 3 to 7 days for delivery.

Please include the delivery cost together with the book's price when making payment.
